    Paper & Ink Details:

    • All designs are printed on premium 100% cotton white paper

    • Digital printing is produced on single-ply stock

    • Letterpress and Foil Press are produced on double-ply stock (thick)

    • Digital and Letterpress printing will be printed in black ink.

      As soon as you do, a pop-up window will appear.

    2. Fill Out the Required Details Form
      In the pop-up window, enter all the required details.
      Please enter all details accurately before completing.

    3. Complete Your Purchase
      Enter your payment information and finalize your order.
      We will contact you via email for wording and wedding details within 1 business day after purchase.

    4. Proofs

      A proof will be emailed to your email address within 3 business days after we have all wording from you, including guest addresses.

      ** 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included. Each additional round is $35.

    5. Printing/Production

      Final approval → printing/production → shipping

    • Printing/production will begin after the final proof is approved.

    • Digital Printing: 2-3 weeks to complete after final proof is approved by you.

    • Letterpress or Foil Press: 4-6 weeks to complete after final proof is approved by you.

      After you place your order, we’ll contact you within 1 business day to collect your wording and wedding details. Once received, we’ll create and send a digital proof for your review before printing.

    2. When will I receive my proof?
      Proofs are typically sent within 3 business days after we receive your completed details.

    3. Can I make changes to the design?
      All wording is fully personalized to suite your needs. To maintain our brand and aesthetics, design changes are kept minimal.

    4. What can be personalized?
      All wording can be customized, including names, date, time, location, and RSVP details. Design changes may be limited depending on the template.

    5. When does printing begin?
      Printing will begin only after you approve your final proof.

    6. How long does printing and shipping take?
      Production and shipping times vary depending on the selected print method, as well as the timeliness of client feedback and proof approvals.

    7. How do I submit guest addresses?
      You can download the guest address template using the link provided in the item description. Once completed, simply send it back to us via email: info@mutedslate.com

    8. Can I rush my order?
      Rush options may be available. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

    9. Are colors exactly as shown on screen?
      Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and printing processes.

      Due to the custom nature of stationery, Muted Slate does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
