DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We value your business and take your purchase seriously. We expect the same level of respect for our products.
Due to our products being made-to-order and due to the custom nature of our services and products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless explicitly stated in writing. Please ensure that all order details are accurate before placing your order.
WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?
All our products are made-to-order items. Made-to-order means that the items is not produced in advance and is only made when the buyer places a successful order. We do not keep our products in stock.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Our Thank You Cards, Proposal Cards, To My Greeting Cards (Wedding Day Cards), and Holiday Cards has a processing time of up to 3 business working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Then after, your item is shipped out.
Personalized Stationery has a processing time of 3-5 business working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Then after, your item is shipped out.
Please note: Processing time for Personalized Stationery will also depend on customer response time.

Estimated delivery dates shown or selected at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Standard: USPS (est. 5-7 business days)
Express: UPS 2nd Day Air (est. 2-3 business days)
International Standard: UPS Standard (est. 5-7 business days)
International Exp: UPS Worldwide Express (est. 3–4 business days)
Orders will ship at the speed customer selected at checkout. Shipping speeds cannot be changed after the order is placed or when your package is in transit.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS FAQs
WHAT DOES “PRINT-READY” MEAN?
Your print-ready invitation will be fully personalized with your wedding details and delivered as high-resolution files (PDF) that you can print at home or through any professional printer.
DO I EDIT THE FILES MYSELF?
No. You provide your wedding details, and we personally customize it into the design for you. You’ll receive a proof to review before the final files are created.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WEDDING DETAILS?
Once you add the digital product to your cart, you will fill out a form with all required information (names, dates, venue, RSVP details, etc.). We’ll use this information to customize it into the design.
WHAT SIZES ARE INCLUDED?
Standard sizes included are:
• Invitation: 5" × 7"
• Details Card: 4.”25 × 5.5”
• RSVP Card: 3.5" × 5"
If you need a different size for your printer or envelope set, we can adjust the dimensions upon request at no additional cost. Just let us know before your final files are prepared.
HOW LONG DOES CUSTOMIZATION TAKE?
Initial proofs are typically delivered within 2-3 business working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Revisions usually take 1 business working day (excluding weekends and holidays) per round.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
You receive three complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available for a small fee.
CAN I REQUEST COLOR CHANGES?
Yes. Your colors can be customized to match your wedding palette.
For Digital Printing (home printing or professional digital printers):
Please provide your exact Pantone color or HEX code for the most accurate match.
For Letterpress or Foil-Press Printing:
These printing methods use plates, so color options depend on your printer’s available inks and foil choices.
You will need to confirm your preferred ink or foil color directly with your printer.
We will provide your final file in solid black, which is the industry standard format your printer will use to create the plate.
Your printer will then apply your selected ink/foil color during production.
CAN I PRINT THESE FILES ANYWHERE?
Yes! Your final files are compatible with:

✔ Online printers
✔ At-home printers
Just confirm any special requirements your printer may need before I finalize your files.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING?
No. Printing is not included with your purchase. However, you may add-on our White Glove Service for professional printer coordination.
WHAT IS THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE?
With the upgrade, we communicate directly with the printer, deliver all final files, confirm specifications, review proofs, and oversee the process until production begins.
CAN I PURCHASE THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE BY ITSELF?
No. The White Glove Service is an add-on only and must be purchased with a Muted Slate wedding invitation design. Standalone purchases will be canceled.
WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PRODUCT?
No. This listing is for digital files only. No physical items will be shipped.
WHITE GLOVE SERVICE FAQs
WHAT IS WHITE GLOVE SERVICE?
White Glove Service is an optional upgrade where we communicate directly with the printer on your behalf. We deliver your final files, provide specifications, and ensure everything is set up correctly for printing.
DO YOU PRINT THE INVITATIONS FOR ME?
No. This service does not include printing. We coordinate with the printer, but the actual printing will be handled by the printing company.
IS THE PRINTING COST INCLUDED?
Printing costs are separate. Once the printer provides an estimate, you will receive the quote directly from them. This listing only covers the coordination service.
HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?
After you approve your final proof:
We will email you regarding printing details.
Once you send over the printing details, we contact the printer with all printing specifications.
Request a full estimate on your behalf.
Update you with the estimate.
Once you approve the estimate, we will notify the printer.
Printer will directly send you the official invoice.
We send the final files directly to the printer.
We answer any file-related questions they may have.
We confirm sizing, bleed, and setup are correct before they begin production.
CAN I PURCHASE THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE BY ITSELF?
No. This is a service upgrade that must be purchased along with one of Muted Slate’s wedding invitation design. It cannot be used independently.
DOES THIS INCLUDE DESIGN CHANGES AFTER THE FINAL APPROVAL?
No. This service is for printer coordination only. Any changes requested after the final proof approval would require an additional design fee.
CAN YOU COMMUNICATE WITH MORE THAN ONE PRINTER?
This service includes communication with one printing company. Additional printers may require an additional fee.
HOW LONG DOES THE COORDINATION TAKE?
Most printers respond within 1–3 business days. We communicate with them promptly, but final timelines depend on the printer’s workflow and responsiveness.
WHO WILL SHIP YOUR INVITATIONS TO YOU?
The printer (the printing company) will ship your invitations to you, not Muted Slate.
IS THIS SERVICE REFUNDABLE?
Once coordination with the printer has begun, the upgrade is non-refundable, as time and communication have already been dedicated to your order.
