SHIPPING
Orders have a processing time of up to 5 business working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Then after, your item is shipped out. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on Your shipping selection at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a notification when Your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Your order will arrive at the shipping speed You selected at checkout. We are NOT able to change your shipping speed once Your order is placed or when Your package is in transit.
Once Your order has been shipped, MUTED SLATE is NOT liable for any loss, delays, and damages. If an order is lost after being shipped to mail facility, We are unable to assume responsibility of the package. MUTED SLATE is NOT responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost orders done by third party shipping companies. MUTED SLATE is NOT responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address by the customer at checkout.
As porch pirates/mail thieves are on the rise, We highly recommend to keep track of Your order via the tracking number provided for Your order. MUTED SLATE is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.
We are NOT responsible for any damages or delays caused by the shipping carrier due to weather, natural disasters, logistical issues, or strikes.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If You are NOT located in the United States of America, You are considered an international purchaser. It is Your sole responsibility to pay any duties, taxes (including, but not limited to, GST and VAT) and customs fees. We will provide Your shipment with a commercial invoice as necessary by law.
RETURNS
We take Your purchase seriously, and expect the same level of respect for Our products, too.
Due to the nature of Our service(s) and/or product(s), We do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified in writing. All sales are final.
If the item(s) received does not match Your order invoice, We will gladly replace Your item(s). Please contact Us at info@mutedslate.com within 48 hours of receiving Your order and We will happily take care of it.
Occasionally, Your items may arrive damaged from shipping. If this occurs, please contact Us at info@mutedslate.com within 48 hours and We will make every reasonable effort to fix the situation. Often, it is the carrier’s fault and the best course of action in this instance is to contact the delivery service about their damage to Your order.
PROCESSING (TURNAROUND) TIME
Our Thank You Cards, Proposal Cards, To My Greeting Cards (Wedding Day Cards), and Holiday Cards has a processing time of up to 3 business working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Then after, your item is shipped out.
Personalized Stationery has a processing time of 3-5 business working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Then after, your item is shipped out.
Please note: Processing time for Personalized Stationery will also depend on customer response time.
SHIPPING (DELIVERY) TIME AND ADDRESS ACCURACY
Estimated delivery dates shown or selected at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Standard: USPS (est. 3–5 business days)
Express: UPS 2nd Day Air (est. 2 business days)
International Standard: USPS First Class (times vary, est. 1–4+ weeks)
International Exp: UPS Worldwide Express (est. 3–4 business days)
Orders will ship at the speed customer selected at checkout. Shipping speeds cannot be changed after the order is placed or when your package is in transit.

We are not responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address by the customer at checkout.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once your package is handed over to USPS and/or UPS, we no longer have control over the delivery timeline. We are not responsible for stolen packages, damages, or delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, logistical issues, or strikes. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
MAIL THEFT DISCLAIMER
Mail theft is on the rise — we highly recommend using USPS or UPS's website to track your order. Please note, MUTED SLATE is not responsible for stolen packages or refunding orders marked as delivered by third-party shipping companies.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
If you are located outside the United States, you are classified as an international purchaser. You are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or custom fees, including but not limited to GST and VAT. We will provide a commercial invoice with your shipment as required by law.

MUTED SLATE STUDIO HOURS
Studio hours are from Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM PST). Please note that we do not operate on holidays, even if they fall on a weekday.
