By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Bespoke Order Process
Upon purchase, you will be contacted within 1 business day to provide your wedding details and preferred wording. Accurate and complete information ensures a seamless creation of your personalized design.

2. Proofing & Refinement
A meticulously crafted digital proof will be provided for your review prior to printing. Clients may request refinements during this stage to ensure perfection. Please note, excessive revisions may incur additional fees.

3. Final Approval & Printing
Printing commences only once you approve the final proof. After approval, no further alterations can be accommodated to maintain the integrity of the luxury design.

4. Turnaround & Timelines
Production timelines begin upon receipt of final approval. Delays in providing details or approving proofs may affect delivery schedules.

5. Color & Material Considerations
While every effort is made to ensure fidelity, colors may vary slightly between digital displays and printed materials due to the nature of premium printing processes.

6. Custom & Personalized Policy
Each order is bespoke and created exclusively for you. As such, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not available once design work has begun.

7. Guest Address Submission
For orders including guest addressing, addresses must be submitted using the provided template. Accuracy and proper formatting are the responsibility of the client to ensure flawless delivery.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, delivery timelines are handled by the chosen carrier. While we ensure secure packaging, we cannot assume liability for carrier delays or damages during transit.

9. Rush Orders
Expedited services may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please inquire prior to purchase.

10. Communication & Collaboration
Timely communication is essential to maintain the elegance and precision of your order. Delayed responses may impact production and delivery timelines.
