DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent experience for your order.

2. Nature of the Product

This purchase is for a digital product only — no physical items will be shipped.

You will receive a professionally designed, high-resolution digital file (PDF) that is ready for printing.

3. Personalization Process

After your purchase, you will be prompted to provide your details (names, date, time, venue, etc.). Your information will be added to the selected design.

A digital proof will be emailed to you for review and approval before final delivery. Once approved, your final print-ready file will be emailed to you for printing.

4. Revisions

Your purchase includes one round of minor text revisions (such as spelling corrections or wording adjustments).

Changes to the layout, design elements, colors, or fonts are not included in this service. Additional edits beyond what is listed may incur an extra fee.

5. Turnaround Time

Personalized proofs are typically sent within 2–3 business days after receiving your event details. Final print-ready files will be sent within 1–2 business days after your proof approval.

6. Printing Disclaimer

The final files are designed for you to print at home, through a local print shop, or via an online printer.

Please note that color results may vary due to printer type, ink, and paper selection. The seller is not responsible for variations in color, print quality, or printing errors once the final file has been approved and delivered.

7. Usage Rights

All designs are for personal use only.

You may print your invitation for your event, but the files may not be resold, shared, or distributed commercially. The designer retains full copyright and ownership of all designs.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Because this is a personalized digital product, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once purchase has been completed. Please review your order and provide accurate details before submission.

9. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs before final approval. Once a proof is approved, any errors or changes requested afterward will be subject to additional charges.

10. File Storage

Final files are available for delivery via email and should be downloaded and stored promptly. Re-sending files after 30 days may incur a small retrieval fee.
